Sour Dough Starter from GoldRush
Yup, I got this at the grocery store. I have tried this many times. I failed many times, I got a starter, but it was never sour. But the last time, success. It is not consistently sour, but it has produced my most sour loaf, very sour tast, light sour smell, but somewhat dense. But what the heck, I bake when I can but am often contrained by time. I do what I can.
